SBD 4 FORM

The SBD 4 : Declaration of interest was  replaced with The SBD 4: Bidder’s Disclosure effective 31 March 2022. The purpose of the SBD 4 is to align with the principles of transparency, accountability, impartiality, and ethics as enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and further expressed in various pieces of legislation thereby effective reducing abuse of supply chain management systems as envisaged in the PFMA SCM instruction no. 03 of 2021/22.
